Due to the privacy-focused nature of this service, it is very difficult if not impossible for us to verify your identity if you request a refund. Thus, we will only offer refunds in rare cases. We reserve the right to deny refunds, especially if foul play is suspected.

Liability for Orders⌗

Since we act as a sourcing/purchasing agent and not an actual marketplace, all liability for the physical goods themselves (including but not limited to shipping, handling, and merchandise quality) falls on the digital marketplace and/or the shipping service. Don’t get mad at us if you buy a fake luxury watch off of AliExpress and expect a Rolex.

We will provide order tracking info in cases where such info is provided by the marektplace/shipping service and would not compromise our privacy. For example, if you must sign in with an email to track an order, we will NOT provide you with our email account to track such order. We reserve the right to deny order tracking for such cases.
